Is your calendar link working?
Double bookings usually start with a calendar link that quietly stopped working. Paste the export link from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google Calendar or your management software, and see what other sites see when they read it.
Where to find your calendar link
- Airbnb: Calendar, then Availability, then Connect calendars, then Export calendar.
- Vrbo: Calendar, then Import/Export, then Export calendar.
- Booking.com: Rates & Availability, then Sync calendars, then Export calendar.
- Management software (Hospitable, OwnerRez, Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify): look for an iCal or calendar export link in the property's calendar settings.
Menus change from time to time; if yours look different, search the site's help for “export calendar”. A calendar link is private to you: anyone who has it can see which dates are taken, but nothing else.
